We made this Three-part flag tray in a collaboration with @livingthemasalalife for the special occasion of Independence Day. These trays are typically used in Montessori classrooms but have become more common in others.
With this tray, it is easy to make three-part card activities quick to reach and when it is placed in the kid's eye sight the activity is self-advertising.
The possibilities with this tray out endless but great uses include tracing numbers, shapes, letters, and words. Use the tray to create sums for simple math equations or use clay or dough to build shapes, letters, or numbers.
It can be used as a sand tray and you can have your pre-schooler use their finger to practise their writing skills and trace numbers and shapes. The tray is also perfect with rice, sugar, flour, glitter and grains.
