What is Chitrani’s Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Chitrani  in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with Chitrani , we are happy to inform you that shipping is completely FREE accross India. International orders are subject to Shipping charges. Our Products are shipped from Jodhpur India. It takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order, All orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

 

How are orders placed on Chitrani delivered to me?

All orders placed on Chitrani  are dispatched through  our primary partner Delhivery/DHL. And also some products are shipped through, Aramex or Indian postal service.

 

How can I check if Chitrani delivers to my Country?

We are happy to send our products to you anywhere in the world. We have partnered with international courier services like Fedex, DHL to make it easy for you to shop overseas. we SHIP WORLDWIDE.

 

How do I track my order?

After we ship your order, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on shipping company’s website with the tracking number provided.

Log in to your Chitrani  account and see the tracking details in transactions.

 

Note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please do write us for more information.

 

 

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally, orders are delivered within 7 – 10 working days. All orders are sent through Fedex, DHL and Aramex. Low value order for the amount below USD 20 are shipped through INDIAN POSTAL SERVICES and takes around 15 – 25 Days.

In addition, delivery time varies depending on country and courier service

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped successfully.

We always advice you to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up the processing and shipping time, hence there will be very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the shipping address.
