What is Chitrani ’s Return and Refund Policy? How does it work?

We handle each and every order our self and the ease of shopping for customers on Chitrani is our top most priority. Our refund and return policy is also designed keeping the customers interest above all.

We have buyer’s protection policy to cover you in the event that you encounter a problem, we have your back.

If you do not receive your product or its damaged or defective when you receive it we guarantee to replace the product or refund your payment. In case you do not like the product and want to return it, our return policy last for 7 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a refund, product must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it, it must also be in the original packaging.

 

The order I received is damaged?

For defective or damaged items we offer replacement products.  You need to go to order page and click on raise a dispute button, on dispute form please fill in required information with clear pictures of damaged product. Once the issue is raised we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement within 4 working days, if the replacement is approved, a new product will be sent in 1 to 2 working days.

 

When will I receive my refund?

The refund issued for order cancellation, buyer protection will be process instantly from Chitrani  account. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. However, it may take 10-15 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

 

Can Chitrani expedite the refund process?

No, Chitrani cannot expedite the refund process. The refund is processed by bank system automatically and it is not processed manually. Therefore, it is out of scope to expedite the process. Please wait with patience.

 

My card has been expired or stolen; can you return the money to a new card?

The refund is processed automatically by the system after the order is finished. To protect your fund, the refund is only returned to your original card.

However if this happens, in exceptional case refund amount can be credit to alternate account details provided by you.

 

Where to ship for refunds?

To return your product, you should mail your product to Plot # 353, Mohan B, BJS, Jodhpur 342006 IN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs returning your item.

Depending on the location, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you. The delivery times for the exchanged goods may vary. Please contact us if you have any questions.
